Shipping

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $6.
  • Your order will ship within 3 business days.
  • I send everything via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. I will send you an email letting you know that your order is on its way.  Your jewelry should arrive about 3 days after you receive that shipment email.
  • Send me an email if you would like your jewelry sent a faster way, I am happy to accommodate this request and it only costs a little more.

International Orders

  • International shipping costs $15, and is sent via USPS First Class International. It takes between 2-4 weeks for you to receive your jewelry. It depends on how long the package is held in customs.
  • Your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will have to pay these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
  • If you would like your package shipped with a tracking method, the item will have to be sent via USPS Express mail, which costs around $35 USD. Please contact me after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and I will send you an invoice for the extra shipping cost.

Returns

  • I want you to love the jewelry I have made. If you don't, you can return it within 10 days of receipt. You must email me first to let me know you are returning it.
  • Jewelry must be in unworn condition. It must be in the same condition in which it was sent.
  • I will refund your credit card, minus all shipping charges.

Care

  • Bronze and sterling silver jewelry tarnishes naturally. I include an anti-tarnish velvet pouch with each piece of jewelry. You should keep your jewelry in it when not being worn.
  • Do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry.

Repairs

  • For all repair inquiries, please contact me. Include your name, description of the damage to your jewelry, and photo of the damage if possible.
  • If I am able to repair your piece, I will let you know. I will charge you to ship your item back to you.
  • I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
